Mike, In ABB you gave us an installation file with all crucial plugins to quickly get blogs setup. Since Manage.FM only allows 10 sites and potentially may offer 25, this doesn't work for us guys who have more sites than that.

Mike has left his login in all the profit.FM plugins.

I've had heaps of trouble with different hosts failing to have the correct server setup to run a lot of the plugins we use, like backupbuddy and managefm. I know these work OK on hostgator etc most of the time, but I'm finding I need a VPS to get decent PHP memory limits.
I'd love a basic overview of the server config settings required and recommended. I know serverbuddy does this to a degree but I'm still getting problems even when serverbuddy gives the all clear

Right now, it's hard to locate Manage.fm in my sea of open tabs b/c it doesn't have a favicon. But if you create a favicon, like from the following image: http://profitfm.managewp.com/wp-content/branding/managefm_icon_16.png
then it would be easier to locate.
