Embedded Tags using short codes.

Re-include this feature in TagPiG: use short codes [tags][/tags] in posts for TagPiG to include in processing tags.

        Simple Tags took out embedded tags w/ version 2.0. It would be nice to have this feature back in TagPig, since there's no one else providing it.
