Pro Features Not Activated

If the Pro features in your plugin have not been activated after you purchased and entered your API key, please follow these steps:

1 Make sure the “Your Licenses” field below the API Key is showing the products you purchased, e.g. “CSVPiG Pro”

2 Confirm that ionCube Loaders have been installed and activated on your web server

The most common cause of inactive Pro features are missing ionCube Loaders. All Pro plugins need them in order to run.

The image on the right shows the Status section on plugin config page and it will show you if the loaders are found or not.

Most of the time, the fastest way to install and activate the loaders is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to do it for you. It’s a quick and simple task.

If everything seems OK, but the Pro features are still disabled, please open a ticket and we’ll get back to you.

Note: _When configuring ionCube yourself, you’ll most probably be uploading a modified php.ini file to the server. For some servers, multiple copies of the file are required – make sure you have it both in the plugin folder and in the WP admin folder, e.g. for TagPiG:

/wp-admin/php.ini 
/wp-content/plugins/_tagpig/php.ini
