First of all, running WordPress on Windows, while possible, is not recommended – there are WP scheduler issues which will affect anything that needs scheduling. NukePiG does not rely on it, but most of the other plugins from our site do.

As for NukePiG & ionCube, most of the time ionCube loaders are configured just for a single folder (e.g. the one where the Wizard is) and not for the other folders on the site. This looks to be the case here as well.

Try to copy the “loader-wizard.php” script into the “_nukepig/” folder and run it from there. Does it still say all is configured correctly? If yes, then try copying the wizard script into the “wp-admin/” folder and run it from there.
