You need to disable this plugin while you’re developing your site. If the
plugin is active you won’t be able to test your webpage. Meaning, you can
make a change and save it and when you check your work in an alternate
browser the changes will not show up. This is because W3 is still feeding
out an old cached version of the page. Not even clearing browser history
will resolve this because the cached page is actually on the server still.
I say you should only enable this plugin after your site has been setup
exactly how you want it.
